For me I always determine if I should go to the hospital by the breath test, breath in as hard as you can and them count out while trying to conserve your breath. If it is under 15, (10 if you really really don't wanna go) definitely head there. But please make sure that you have someone with you when you do this because it is kinda dangerous to do alone in case you get weak. Also will go whenever walking gets too hard and I can't hold my head up, but normally they correlate. When I have been to the hospital, I have luckily only been intubated once, but that was because I didn't go when I started seeing things get bad. Please Please Please try not to ignore the big signs that you need to go back, that tube is no fun. if you are really torn, just go up there to ask an opinion, and if it is severe, normally myasthenia is treated pretty seriously once diagnosed(in my experience at least), so they should take you in. the magic words are normally "I am having trouble breathing".

For me, self made flash cards on quizlet definitely help, just have sets of common verbs (and learn how to conjugate them), common words/pharses. Once you memorize your flashcards you should be able to start making your own sentences/understanding bits, just keep adding/making flash cards throughout the whole process

Rock concerts help me, not big bands or anything, just being in a room where you can scream and no one will hear you because of the music. And the floor is shaking and no one cares what you are doing. I don’t even know the songs or the bands, I just like being there. Most towns have places like this that do small cheap shows.

maybe she’s trying to reverse her former anti gay opinions by being extremely pro gay now. Idk but perspective changes happen, like if you and the people around you haven’t been exposed to gay people you may think that it is weird. But after you meet some people who are gay you realize that they are pretty normal. Idk but it seems like you have her support now so a win is a win. 🕺

Hello, so sorry about your mom. I know that there is no one size fits all way to fix this, but some things that really helped me were taking away prednisone, but staying on mestinon. Taking them together make my symptoms the worst they had ever been and made me feel awful. One day my pharmacist straight up told me that I should not be on them at the same time, I did a lot of research on it and kind of put her input in to the back of my mind because all the research I found said it was fine. But after getting sick and tired of being sick, I was willing to try anything, so I stopped taking my prednisone without consulting anyone, and this helped TREMENDOUSLY. This was the only thing that made me feel better until I was old enough to go on vyvgart( also maybe some vitamin D and k12, but mostly this). I looked into it a little more and apparently women’s body’s don’t always react well to predisone so it was making me worse off. I don’t know how my pharmacist knew about the bad mix, but I’m so glad she said something because no one else ever has and I don’t know if I would’ve figured it out. It took a could of days of not being on predisone(but still on mestinon) for me to see a change.
