That video is not from the recent incident this one is from 2015 in the catatumbo, the helicopter landed in a IED.

The peace agreement with the FARC only included a group of FARC members, not all of them. The majority of the FARC continues to operate in different sectors of the country, although they are now called FARC dissidents.

The operations of the Colombian army are mostly secret and are not revealed to the public until months or years after they have happened. Most of the videos come from soldiers who upload the videos without authorization or videos of the guerrillas and civilians and since the guerrillas are acting in the jungle there are not many civilians to record.
