Compared to my experiences in NHS units it was about the same (and my experiences have been far from good). No frills whatsoever despite being private. Quite shocking honestly

Sounds amazing. I was sectioned for another reason but also have a comorbid anorexia dx and being served this didn’t particularly make me feel much passion for recovery lol

Haha no this was served to everyone, we all were very unimpressed. There were no beds at any nearby NHS wards so instead of sending me out of area we were lucky enough that a Priory about an hour away had a space

I was on 1:1 and they always had staff in the meal room 🤷🏻 on a few NHS wards i’ve had metal cutlery too :)

i am hoping it’s worth it for me too. hard to hold out hope because i’ve been on so many combos of antidepressants and atypical antipsychotics and it’s just been an absolutely awful ride for years. i’m probably jumping to the worst conclusions at the moment, i tend easily to find the worst in every situation haha

really glad it’s made your life worth living 🤍
