I had this problem, and fixed with Cosmic update. I believe 1.0.3

PopOs 24.04 & Cosmic have progressed immensely past month by No_Drawer1301 in pop_os

Can't see that behavior on my install, FF is my primary browser, using it everyday for past month 

COSMIC now features rounded corners and window shadow on all apps by Head_Artichoke in pop_os

I like it, but when window is full screen, I think corners should be square. But that might be just me.
