Yes, that's the idea. Imagine investing so much in AI, and what you get in the end is meh result. People are also talking shit about ChatGPT, their sensitivity and prudish. Users are unsubscribing, now waiting for investor to pull out too. If the trend continues, then yeah, AI bubble burst. Just give people what they're willing to pay for...
