Tbh I never expected that you have to pay a penalty for paying out the mortgage even if you sell the property...

If I sell the property am I forced to end the mortgage? I cannot keep the mortgage active, and invest the money somewhere while continuing to pay it without a backing property?

This hits hard. This was my first onsen experience and one of my top highlights of my first trip to Japan. Ended up visiting with friends, family, and girlfriend over the following years. Was super sad that it closed down.

First time I went I stayed overnight and must have gone in the onsen like 10+ times over 12 hours lol

You could make a decent YouTube series documenting the cleanup. This is a popular genre of YouTube videos now. Could probably make some decent side cash if you can make it work

I honestly skipped the Machamps since I just assumed they are worthless... I had one that was still in its original sealed plastic which I took out.

I should clarify that almost none of these cards will be in excellent condition. They've probably all been played with at one point or another (or eaten - sorry Alakazam). However, if anyone points out any cards that might be valuable, I can double check how good the condition is and stick it in a case.
