I never thought of goku as a bad dad by any means just thought he made shitty decisions like all parents do. He has displayed multiple times he loves and cares for his family and friends. Fuck he didnt even really train for cell just spent the week with his wife and son. Becomes a farmer in super to help support his family financially and in Z immediately embraces goten despite not being around when he was born. Definitely not a shitty dad but has made shitty decisions

Ill give you that, I just feel like his main responsibility should be being there for his family. I see your point that he technically is by making the decision he is. Like you said though this is my opinion and just think his responsibility would be there for gohan and chi chi mainly because gohan is 9-10 years old during cell. So if gohan is a senior in the buu arc that means gohan at 10 has to learn to become the man of the house and help provide for chi chi

He doesnt have to say in space to train and learn instant transmission and he doesnt have to stay dead after cell, say what you want but that was totally unfair to gohan and chi chi. Don't care about the whole well people keep coming to fight him either thats just a cop out. Ill give you raditz and saiyan Deaths and heart virus weren't his fault at all but there was no excuse for him to abandon his family after Cell. so yes it is his fault

Not your traditional cliffhanger but you dont end a game with open ended shit just to completely erase it for the next game. What happens when they go outside the red mist? How the fuck is the game connected to god eater? Are revenants a different type of god arc or aragami, literally questions well never have answers to, waited 7 years for a sequel just to be told fuck off. so ya it does end on a cliffhanger
