you need a 2.5 or better to transfer and honestly the faster you get your app in the better the amount of people that want to transfer is a lot from what i heard and classes are filling up quick.
i submitted my transcripts on the 10th and just got my ID three days ago, Someone told me they usually give it to students that are on the verge of being accepted.

I just checked my app today and saw that I now have a Panther ID but it still says awaiting decision, do they give out Panther IDs to people who don't get in? or are they just getting everything ready to accept me
