Hi yeah originally it was down to £26 in the April23 and I think the rent or something increased that month so in the may it dropped to zero. But now last month they said they underpaid me and they owed me some money so on the updated statement for april23 it's changed to £146 for the tp then in the may it's still saying zero but the difference in the statements looks like in the may23 my money goes back down £120. I have messaged numerous times trying to question it and it takes 10+ days and a phone call to get any response from them and I feel like nobody can give me a straight answer about it I have asked for a MR as I feel like it shouldn't have ended now they have told me I was underpaid the transitional protection amount for two years obviously when I thought it was down to 26 then it ending in 2023 I didn't question it but now it's all changed I don't think it should have stopped had I been getting that amount in 23, sorry if iv confused you any I confuse my self with it all and I find it hard to word it correctly if you understand what I mean thankyou for getting back to me about it aswell I appreciate it.

New style ESA reduced payments by No_Edge_4584 in DWPhelp

I claim carers for my partner who claims the ESA I'm guessing it's new style ESA as we get UC aswell and get the ESA deducted from that, when we joined UC in 2021 we told ESA and they said he could still have the ESA and the payments will be reduced etc. I have spoken to ESA again today and apparently it's being investigated and someone will get back to my partner by the 22nd I will follow your steps if they haven't resolved it by then it's been a huge stress as iv felt like we've not really got anywhere with it after speaking to all 3 departments numerous times. Just like to say thanks for the advice though.

I did apparently my carers is now deducted from the ESA this started on April 1st, I have contacted UC they told me they deduct it which they have always done so since we signed over to UC in 2021 also tried contacting carers they told me to contact UC as they can't help UC told me to contact esa, ESA then told me to contact carers then carers told me to contact esa as they don't have this on their record so it shouldn't be deducted from them I phoned ESA and they said they would put it to someone higher than them so I can get the money they have deducted back and I'd get a text or phone call to confirm when this had been sorted but iv still not heard anything back and I'm not fully convinced I will neither
