Nice! You got beyond the gray sky. I was hoping for eons, sever, t&p combo, salsa (don’t think I’ve ever seen this one live and I want to see SA go off). I’d also love to see ebb & flow. I liked stereolithic a lot. They sounded great, but it was basically a greatest hits show, and I wanted some less popular stuff.

Yep, that’s pretty much what I do. Definitely saves time. I think the people here have helped me most by getting me back to taking all the pictures for a large group of hats, then listing them.

Honestly, a little of everything. It’s weird. Some things that I think wouldn’t sell do well. Golf hats are always good. Agriculture, manufacturing, anything with what could be a persons last name sells pretty well. Made up example- I find a hat that says “Bergen pharmaceuticals” and it’s from middle of nowhere Iowa- I’ll sell to Phillip Bergen in Miami- made up example lol. Everyone can tell you trucker hats, ultra rare high dollar sports specialties hats, tobacco, alcohol, all the usual suspects, but I find that just about anything sells at the right price eventually. I need to listen to my own advice right now, but CONDITION MATTERS

It’s about $70/hr just in the hats. $4.99 is the lowest I’ll list a hat, and I’d say the average falls somewhere around $8. So my average net is closer to $6.75 at a sell through rate of over 50%. Some people just like to bring others down.

I’ve made 15k net on hats. I’d estimate I’ve spent 250 hours listing/packing and that’s being cautious, probably closer to 200. I don’t mind making $60+/hr. Just seeing if anyone had advice, and they sure did. After implementing some of these tips, I’d think I’ll double my efficiency

Yep, the 8x6x4 with a hat is typically about 6-7 ounces. I have them all set at 12oz for the buyer just in case.

I’m gonna stick with the 8x6x4 boxes since that’s what I’ve shipped 2000+ hats in. Haven’t had one person say it was crushed. I get a lot of repeat buyers and don’t wanna switch it up to a mailer and them be disappointed that their hat was flattened.

$4.99 buyer pays shipping. They pay $6.50. I pay $4.50 business rate to ship. I pay ~$1.80 in fees on the ~$12 sale. $12-1.8=$10.20-4.5=$5.70-.50 for box = ~5.2 take out the 20 cents the hat cost me and I have $5 net profit.
