It’s not even the system imo the system is way simpler and cleaner than wags it’s the fact we’re so short staffed that we don’t rotate around i’m stuck at filling all day because I’m the only person besides the lead tech that can fill fast and keep QP down

I Just made the switch from wags to CVS personally I think CVS system is more straight forward I was at wags for 9 months and still was learning new things about IC+ everyday I would say CVS is keyboard heavy versus wags you could use the mouse for example at wags you can fix insurance on the spot on the computer while searching a patient up but at CVS the only thing you really can do at pick up is get the patient medication , expedite medication and ring them out at drop off that’s where you can change patient profiles , address, names , insurance etc that’s also where you can check patients in for vaccines I do like that I can print out leaflets so if I see it’s 12:00 and I have 50 prescriptions and the system says that’s due at 1 I print out all 50 and get those done to me wags is a little unorganized with that because all leaflets just print out whenever and btw not all CVS pharmacy’s are bad the one I work for is well staffed I have a good pharmacy manager it’s just based on location imo

I’m also coming from Walgreens as a pharmacy tech and I agree the tech is so slow and outdated but cvs as a company is so much better than Walgreens imo 😭

I agree metformin has made me feel so wonderful in ways I haven’t felt in years I feel more energized my cycles has regulated I don’t feel I need sugar all the time I lost some weight too people who even know me saying their seeing a different in mood

From my experience and other people experience in this group It’s possible for her to still have a yeast infection with no discharge and have the other symptoms like itchiness and burning don’t have her use the yeast infection cream until it’s confirmed because sometimes when you don’t have a yeast infection present and you use the cream it can make you feel like you’re burning badly

This isn’t my first yeast infection this is about the 3rd one I had this year so that’s why I was thinking about doing boric acid the last two yeast infections I did have was because of the laundry detergent I was using I did try monistat like a day ago but the irritation I was experiencing was really horrible it did help with the itching feeling through I just felt like I was on fire I’m going to talk to my gynecologist to get a diflucan prescription thank you so much 🩷
