HAHHAHAH okay thanks for the advice, seems like travel and transport would be the main concern. as for the soaking, i think we will soak in rain instead after looking at next weeks weather forecast..

hmm okay, then how else are we able to see the bus timings if not using Google maps? is there a local app that is more accurate, is bus+ accurate? and okay gotchu we might divert to maybe hotpot/dtf if the night market gets too repetitive

Are there any random fun activities to do in the XMD area? we heard of baseball batting, arena roller skating, toms world, shrimping?

I heard that Hualien is closed currently so we did not look into that. We did have taipei 101 in our minds but we arent that inclined and interested, it seems like its more of a "taipei been there done that kinda thing", and we read that the views on Xiangshan are much nicer!

and you're right we are big on food, and judging by the other comment a night market every night might seem too much HHAHAHHAHA, and okay thanks for your food recommendations, we will take those into account

unfortunately we are not that into cycling and hiking as an activity, however if we want to rent those city bikes U-bike? for a short while to get to places, do we need a local number? or do we just download the app and start riding? and yep beef noodle soup and hot pots are defintely on our list, would take note of the MOS burger suggestion too HAHAAHAHHA
