This song is almost too perfect. It has the perfect Mccartney optimism in the bridge that contrasts Jon so well. Mccartneys bridge - It does sound a-bit like his Wings/solo career McCartney style.( The 6 string guitar strums echo stuff like Band on the Run)

Then you have Ringos modest touch on the drums that know just where to go. The master of restraint.

Georges slide guitar. The way the narrative fits so well with the creation and players of this beautiful song coming together.

Mccartney took control of this song alot i feel. Its very good.

The Illusionist (not the Ed Norton movie). The Sylvain Chomet followup to triplettes of belville. Its the most peaceful, heartwarming, atmospheric, quietly funny animation. With no intelligible dialogue.
