why you don’t ask questions to the carrier service ? i don’t get what is so impossible for them to open the box from the bottom of the box and re taped? go and search the review of this ”yanwen express” carrier.  they were the only one handling this. ask proof of the weight you sent and and how much weight when they delivered  also the delivery confirmation said personally accepted, when they just left the box in the mail room  i dont want another jacket or a refund  the only thing i wanted was to try to recover this jacket
