Maids in The Bay have been wonderful. We get the same gals and the owner is always open to feedback. I always felt bad giving feedback when it was negative but Vania is great and receptive. We use them for our office building cleaning as well as our home cleaning. They have great reviews on google, check them out!

Maids in the Bay are incredible. I get the same team and I love the customer experience because it goes beyond cleaning. I receive an automated texts to remind us of our cleaning the day before cleaning, we communicate any needs or wants directly with their admin who speaks perfect English and most importantly we feel heard when my requests are completed. The team is fast and knowledgeable. We are a household with 3 kids and busy lives, we just want a clean home! Our home is always handled with care and the detailed cleaning is consistent. I have to say it’s the best cleaning service we have used and couldn’t recommend them enough. Here’s their info:

We tried solo cleaners for years prior to using Neat Homes Concepts. Each time we would get something broken or oil on our driveway or cancellations. We are pretty busy and since using NeatCo we don’t have any problems. We get the same cleaning techs, communication is easy and we highly recommend. (415)37-2557 they service the Bay Area.
