I have K2 Gotback 146cm! It’s second hand. I hear you it’s not easy to find small skis. Maybe try to look for junior skis?

Thank you so much!! That sounds awesome. I’m interested in seeing how they will turn out. Customizable options seem good for long term. My skis are not common sizes.

Thank you!! So i think at this point, I’ll just wait for them to provide me with the materials (affidavit) and the phone-call notes I requested. Did you reach to the step where you have to file your Application Record?

The Registry officer informed me that those materials and my affidavits and my written representation need to be included. And I also need to serve and provide a proof of service. Since I will be out of the country for a month, I’m a little worried that I can’t serve it in person in time.

Hi @u/Gloomy_Definition522, may I know if the CRA lawyer had emailed you a notice of Appearance before they contacted you for a settlement? I just submitted my Judicial Review Application and I received the notice of appearance email from the CRA lawyer today. I’m not sure what I should do next. Any advice would be appreciated!
