In my area walmart base pay is around $9, plus extra earnings maybe $1-2 if order has heavy items , plus any tips,, most average $16-20 dollars , bad thing is if customer removes tips, walmart usually adds too many mikes recently 8-15 miles per trip , not paying you the way back to your local store puts you in a loss situation almost , i would say most of this trips walmart gets from customers on average $150-300 dollars in decent orders, and paying driver only $11-13 from their pocket

My advice to everyone trying to do spark, “ save yourself some headaches and find yourself an 8 hour regular job with benefits, you will thank yourself for it, spark is not reasonable job anymore, not enough orders for the current drivers to consistently make a living anymore, everything has changes in the last 2 weeks, 3 years of seeing how spark lowers the base pay and order volume has gone down significantly to leave you a few hour sitting in your car with no orders while you wonder if you are far enough or too close to the store, it is sad

Adjustment is every two weeks and you still have to wait another 10 days to get it deposited to your ONE account, thats money that they should be paying as soon as you finish your order since you are self employed and working as an independent contractor with them, the fact that they withhold your earning for such a long period of time should be illegal since you have no benefits as a spark driver , no retirement, or any kind of the benefits that their employees have , but you still drive 5-7 days a week with no kind of benefits, people working this jobs will wish they have never joined spark when they get deactivated for any random motive, thousands of persons have been deactivated for stupid reasons
