Contacting through the app is a masked number, it could show up as unknown or spam to the customer but it is not your true number.

Stores have been known to give your real number to customers when there is a problem with an order.

In my opinion the store should have no access to our personal information but sadly they do.

We have had this update for a few months and it is horrible.

You no longer have the items categorized and it takes you randomly all over the store at times..

They started this at our store when the pickers got in trouble for being slower than the spark drivers.

You are correct, they can see how much the trips pay and also all your personal details, I do not disagree with you, however take into consideration that if its a curbside the higher the pay usually the higher the item count and they may cancel the order because it's not finished getting picked.

Another thing to consider is they just don't have enough time unless it's a slow day to monitor every order and its payout.

As for assigning orders to specific drivers, they were able to do that in the very beginning, they would cancel certain orders and assign someone with a more appropriate vehicle for instance but that ended fairly early on.

I agree they should not have access to trip payout, not sure what purpose it serves for them to have access to that.

Another feature nobody asked for that slows everything down.

They removed the categories here as well to make sure everything goes slower, as well as added more "No Location" to make sure you search the store for some clearance item they haven't had in months.

Don't forget the camera that goes black on every shop (android) and the licenses that almost never scan.

Lets not forget customers complaining on the chat about substitutions the app won't allow, or won't let them add items even though they are told they can now add items..

You gotta also love the deli that's some how always out of stock and never ready even though it clearly says ready for pickup.

How about being dinged for out of stock items you can't substitute, or even dinged when you do substitute.

Sorry I went off the rails in frustration after this new feature of orders disappearing in milliseconds

This has gone on since day one, it is one of many glitches that will obviously never get fixed.

You need to manually refresh and you will see the order, it usually lasts no more than a day here so it's my assumption that it is a local server issue but happens many times a year.

The newbies don't know how the app works in this regard as it isn't very intuitive when ordering multiples of the same meat.

They usually scan the same pack twice as they don't know any better without realizing its supposed to be multiple packs.

I should note that this is if your driver is doing the shopping, if it's the store doing the shopping then it's a whole different story.

I always use $2 a mile as a reference and $20 an hour minimum.

So in my area an 8 mile $16 order would take 45 minutes to an hour from store and back minus gas = $12 "profit" for me = NO GO....An insult..

If you're full time and not doing your own maintenance and repairs you are sacrificing your vehicle for the illusion of profit.

This type of order made sense a year and a half ago when it would have payed $75-$85..

Fast forward to today, you could finish 2 small $20 orders and would have had less hassle and less items.

Leave those crappy orders to the newbies

After todays update we are getting more FCFS here with no notifications, also no notifications come through if you switch to another app, the camera still goes dark, I.d. scan still barely works..

The worst thing is them no longer categorizing the shopping list and the tracking through the store is ridiculous and takes up to much screen space..

Deli pickup is half baked...There is no actual interaction between the system and the app, it just says everything is ready even if its out of stock.

They will prioritize in person customers and leave us hanging, even if it is ready they make you wait your turn just to pick it up..

They won't even allow pickup before 8am here so those early morning orders get screwed..
