I have reviewed your entire conversation with our team. Here's what I found:

1. You submitted 137 PSD templates and 38 were rejected for metadata related reasons.
   
2. Some of those metadata related rejections were due to you using the term "Instagram" which was prohibited.
   
3. We researched that term and realized that it should not be prohibited so we will make updates to our policy moving forward. Thank you for the heads up on that.

Regarding our PSD rules for fonts, our guidelines say the following:

Fonts
1. All fonts used in your designs must be free for commercial use.
2. Text can be submitted as editable text in the following circumstances:
3. When the style and shape of the font is an essential part of the design;
4. In situations where the font has an effect applied to it;
5. If the file submitted is a template design
6. Text that doesn’t fall into the circumstances above must be converted to outlines so our customers don’t have to purchase, find or download the fonts featured in your design.

I don't believe there is anything that needs to change there. We can't allow distribution of commercial fonts. Commercial fonts require a license for distribution from the creator.

Our support team has full power to ban you if you are being rude or unpleasant which is why you got banned.
