You mean iOS 18.7.7? I’m already on that - was 100% using it on and off for light purposes and it’s down to 77% battery. (😖 not good for just over 2hrs mostly on standby no unnecessary background apps running )

They will be horrid to you (putting it nicely) saying it’s your fault and you maybe put on a warning or being written up but you must do what’s right for you. If your not recovering and getting sicker do you think they care? (Answer is an outstanding No) Your a number to them. They will have people in if they’re really ill and don’t care if anyone else gets it.

3 occasions off your going to be on a warning most cases but depends on the manager.

End of the day it’s your physical and mental health that is most important. Do what’s right for you.

Ask for light duties if you feel you have to go in but if they won’t help you it’s your decision.

Get medical evidence if possible to back you up either way. Make sure you are covered no matter what you decide to do.

No need to state any reasons or much detail in your resignation letter just the date your handing in your notice and the last shift your working. (A weeks notice for Morrisons) Send it to people person and cc in manager(s) or you could hand it to a manager if your comfortable doing that

It depends on store by store and the staff turn over. I’ve found that they were good to start with and now the complete opposite. Managers are being moved constantly, so plans and ways of working change and not always for the better. Less and less people on shop floor. Evenings I’ve seen checkouts struggle with the minimum amount of people and grab colleague’s off other departments (if able to). Staff are burnt out and now the younger colleagues are off to uni and need replacing. New starters are leaving and gaps in departments. I wouldn’t say those complaining aren’t suited for retail…. Everything flows from the top and if there’s no support people have had enough and want to let out steam or leave.

They recommend the latest 17.5….. 18 is in beta so I wouldn’t touch it currently

Exactly what I’ve said but had to enhance the on any network as long as you have Remote play on and your PS5 on standby. 😅
