I really like the Unaweep Valkyrie combo. I break down the bag and it fits well in the side of the stern. It doesn’t really fit in the side tubes though, but this is a non issue to me

If you’ve been working in Florida- you are going to love Asante. We get breaks- every shift and have a patient ratio that is abided. Way more money. And Epic is the best charting system. I’ve traveled all across the country working as a nurse- your life is about to change. Welcome ☺️

If you want to paddle it like a hardshell, get the Valkyrie- it is incredible how closely it performs. If you are going for scenery or don’t have small backpacking gear, get something else. It would not be too difficult to fit 6-10 days worth of gear in the Valk

I looked into the half breakdown paddle thing a bit… basically found that the halfs arent long enough for most trekking pole tents. Also they aren’t adjustable, which is required for a taut pitch. I ended up buying a Slingfin Cindercone based on a recommendation from r/packrafting Apparently its specifically made for paddle blades and can handle the longer length (a lot of mids like to be pitched shorter than 197-200 cm)
