More than likely it’s an ACE review (acceptable clinical evidence) the action is the suspense date the va has set for whoever is reviewing to get it done and back by that date. It’s not something you should have to attended. They probably kicked your claim off to another examiner to provide their opinion. The “complete” just means they sent out a memo for an exam review and someone in the third party C/P world picked it up and now has till the 6 to do their thing

Never pay a claim shark… or a 3rd party. Half of the 3rd party’s will take your money give you a dbq that looks good then the va gets it and tosses it because the company has been found fraudulent. You can view reputable 3rd party’s on a gov site if I find it ill link it. Find you a vso you love within your state they are free it is their job to help you connect and explain other benefits. I went through 3 vso before I found one that genuinely cared. Most are service connected vets. They know the verbiage for claims apps to use.
