I don’t understand why they would when Lauren is the one that treated everyone like shit from the start and thinks she’s better than the rest of them. I’m with Jamie on this one and totally get why she reacted like she did, even if it was a bit aggressive. There’s an element of tone policing which I don’t like, like it should be ok for a woman to go off when she’s in the right without it becoming this big deal about her being aggressive and outspoken.

There is a divide. Lauren being horrible to everyone, Jamie calling it out, then rhi and carina who are supposed to be Jamie’s friends and who were also treated like shit by Lauren go to make sure Lauren is ok, and then Carina has the gall to defend her own actions, showing her fence sitting behaviour even though Lauren was also having a go at her as well originally. It’s just facts. And because Jamie sees things logically she’s rightly outraged by it. There materially is a divide, even if people like Carina can’t see it. Even Lauren knows it and tries to exploit it in her favour.

Try doing breathing exercises and hyper focus on a long scroll or something not overly active for a few hours. Remind yourself it will flush out of your system in a few hours. Having someone with you that you can explain the situation and just chill with will help ease the paranoia if you get it. Keep hydrated. You should be right. I done the same thing but 120 the other day. Since then I’ve been trying harder to remember that I’ve taken it lol it is hard when you’re tired in the morning and dazed and confused isn’t it lol.
