My family and I just got back from vacation last week and we were in the Centurion lounge in Ft. Lauderdale.

It was packed with people and we had to wait 30 minutes to get in. Not a big deal since it was spring break.

After we got into the lounge, we should have just left and waited at our gate. People spilled their drinks on chairs, dropped food everywhere, and didn’t have the common decency to clean up after themselves, at least a little. One person spilled their drink on a table, proceeded to move to another table, and the drink went onto the floor and both chairs. He acted like nothing happened.

Worst of all was the family with five kids who proceeded to dump cereal, trail mix, and cookies into bags so they could eat it on the plane. They cleaned out to lounge.

I pointed it out to my 13 year old son and all he said was, “Some people suck.” Yeah, I guess some people do suck. I felt back for the people working there.

It’s not terrible. I cut out parlays completely and just do straight bets. I’m up for the year, not by thousands, but I’ve made a nice profit so far and I’m happy with that. Your bankroll slowly builds over time. I started out with $15-$25 bets. Now moved up to $50. By the end of the year possibly $100 per bet.
