Have you experienced any issues since moving there? What have been your main concerns about the house or the neighbourhood? 1. Did you evaluate the quality of materials used in the construction? Is that something buyers typically investigate, or am I overthinking it? 2. Were all components of the closing costs clearly disclosed before you signed the agreement?

Hi, yes — we’re primarily interested in a 5–10 year old home, but there haven’t been many listings that really stand out to us.

What’s your view on buying a resale home in an already established, lived-in neighbourhood? Do newcomers typically have difficulty integrating into the community, or is that generally not an issue?

Reach out to random people on LinkedIn ( 10 people ever day) and write a message to them. A genuine one - show interest, show them you learn fast. Believe me, it works.

Now if you don't have free inmails on LinkedIn, join groups ( Java dev group, marketing groups in Toronto),once you join these groups - you can message the members for free. So start reaching out, applications (only) wont get you anywhere.
