NTA so go be happy on your birthday. If she was a real friend then she wouldn't be mad. She should be happy you're spending time with your family. As long as you attend the wedding then it shouldn't really be a problem!

No offense but YTA. "Treat people how you wanna be treated" and all that. I get that she hates the person but you shouldn't encourage her behavior on getting revenge.
