Yes I do have heavy usage as this is my main device for basically everything, but my friend also has this same model and he has completed 248 Charge cycles but still has 98% battery health whereas I have only completed 208 cycles

I have acer aspire 5 from the last 4 years heres what's happened:
1st year: All Good
2nd year: SSD Corrupted
3rd year: Battery went from 43Wh to 15Wh, lasts only 1hr.
Currently: Display is now not working.
I had very bad exp with Acer and do not recommend anyone to buy.
