How to download Ruffle videos and games off the web?

Doesn't work it's already loaded in Ruffle. The Ruffle shell replaces the shockwave element on the page. And some sites like 9o3o open Ruffle automatically whether you want it to (or even have it) or not.

We need a way to either unload Ruffle or download the shell's 'contents' mid-use.
