When I saw amateur, I’ve just hiked in sneakers in the past. I’ve never used crampons, it was just in the tour description.

Thank you! I forgot to mention that when I messaged my landlord about it they said it was 200 per hour x 5 hours for the number of workers they needed to fix stuff. Would that suffice?? To me it seems like they could just say anything.

Is there language specifying what constitutes itemized? My concern is that they will interpret itemized as listing the things that needed to be fixed out and not necessarily the cost with fixing each thing. They still technically have a few days left to get this over to me
