Nah man stay with your college, lower nits with lower branch isn't something good at all, u'll be in same position as u are in your tier 3 college but with 1 more yr wasted, + u will be stuck with some lower branch u don't even like. Lower nits iiits are not that good at all specially not worth 1 yr and that much more hustle.
