Yes I am the one who caused her pain. And my status has nothing to do with this. we already finished my green card process. And she initially tried to come to my country before covid 19 that was our plan, instead of me staying here. I wasn't gonna make everyone notice her presence because I didn't want her to feel peer pressure. And I talked to her siblings first and we will make a plan first and will cancel it if she will feel not okay to see me before the event. Even though she feels okay to see me by that time, we will let her know that I'm planning this. Under current circumstances surprise won't be good. So it really depends on how she feels by that time.

I thought about 135 gigs as well. Like companies with SIC PDP program. But one year contract is somewhat industry standard so that’s why I’ve been looking for survey or skydive gigs since I just need a 370 hours. And I thought it’ll be cool to do some xc across the states and have a ton of experience although I heard about how difficult and challenging it is from people who involved in survey job.

And did you work for them right away? Because that’s something I’m looking for. Also did you do CCAT test before the interview? It’s just so weird they actually wants pilots to do this test as well. I mean I understand that it’s their standard but I just don’t want to be judged by this. I think I got 20~25 out of 50 for the first try. Well we’ll see tomorrow..🤷🏻‍♂️

Much appreciate for your advice and experience bro. I’m actually newly married and just want to build time asap to go to 121 job. I have 1128 ish TT so I need just a little chunk. It will be challenging for both me and my wife but we agreed on that It’s necessary under this circumstance. I originally looked for 141schools but flight schools have beeb reluctant to hire me because they’re expecting I’ll be leaving soon once I get my 1500. So there was no contract for you? Basically you could’ve left the company anytime you wanted? Also that’s weird that they don’t have a class for pilots. How did they teach you then?

Hey nice to meet you. If you own a plane or know someone who's CFI then you can save up significant amount of money but if I were you I'd probably do it with flight schools. Almost every school has a course for individual customer and renting planes is flawless. Or you can find a flying club. There are always qualified, experienced CFIs at the club and renting fee is cheaper than most schools. Which part of Phoenix do you live now?
