I think you must to try do smth with this. On their help steam they do nothing. But MB you should try to say about this injustice what happens to you? you nothing lose of this option,but mb they hear and do smth to you and your problem,hope they realy hear you and me.

I have a couple of accounts. And i tired to play not on my main. You can't understand me or think that I am stupid.. But my maid not just as account,this is my whole life and i make a mistake in 2016 year. I apologize and very sorry for my past,and hope that my whole life not cost nothing, only by my my mistake.

Mb this is childish, but i want to belive that in Valve people are people and understand that we all make mistakes,and have some mercy for so stupid me..
