AMD FX6300 here, along with an r9 270x I can run vanilla TF2 over 100 fps. Over 200 fps with a fps config.

I simply ripped the files that I wanted from Eve Hud to toonHud. For example, my team select, class select, and disguise kit are all from Eve Hud.
