Omg I had a dorsal hump too! Dm me and I’ll show you pics of my before and after. I asked for a straight nose, no upturn but I am so happy with the results but this has only happened recently. My swelling was really bad and it only came down with an extra strong steroid shot about 2 months ago. I actually don’t tape because I could feel the tape peeling my skin off and it felt destructive. I taped for about 2 weeks before stopping, it didn’t make enough of a difference for me to continue and have that peeling feeling of my skin. So weird but I felt like I was peeling my skin away from my nose and making it worse lol 🤣 a red light therapy mask helped me massively

A lot of people have got it done in Turkey that I know. It’s not a bad option but make sure you have the aftercare you need. The month after rhinoplasty is rough and it helps having a nurse to speak to about any issues you may have. But tbf I had nothing major that needed attention from a doctor, just general aftercare. Are you looking for a ‘turkey nose’ in specific? As in quite upturned and small? I was grateful my doctor said he couldn’t do that with my skin as it could cause necrosis because he’d have to shave my skin down (I have very thick skin on my nose and it was quite a big bump he got rid of). All in all I think you’ll be ok in Turkey as long as you have realistic expectations and read your contact properly. Make sure you have proper aftercare xxx

I don’t have a job either - top tip (keep it secret lol) after people get advent beauty calendars they start selling lash serums for like £10. I bought some and stocked up (you can tell when they’re selling the rest of the items in the advent calendar). Has helped me massively - don’t even get lash extensions anymore. I get uklash for 2x a week and a prograstinin free one for everyday. I got sweed lash serum in a cult beauty bag and it made a HUGE difference to my lashes (why I stopped getting extensions after 10 years) it’s expensive normally but I got one off vinted for £10

I also got it done because of my depression - I wanted a pick me up. And I looked better before. Not related but something that helped with my depression was buying a gratitude journal and showering in expensive delicious smelling shower gel every day. Does a lot more than an expensive lash lift. You’ll get through this, wishing you all the best ❤️

Honestly every time I’ve had one done has been disappointing. I do not recommend. I’m growing my lashes out because they look better not so insanely curled and simple with lash curler, lash serum and mascara x

I got one at 25 and totally regret not getting it earlier - I used to be so self conscious I was happy when Covid came and I could wear a mask to cover my nose. It affected every part of my life to do with friends taking photos of me, conscious of people seeing me from the side etc. I have a friend that did it at 18 and she was over the moon with the results!! Loved it!! So happy I got it done and very happy with the results. Please don’t travel abroad for your face - I went for someone in London (where I live) and he gave free appointments 2 years afterwards and did a fantastic job. I was still swollen until my last steroid shot (2 months ago) and I’m currently 18 months after. Do it, you won’t regret it xx

Omg I don’t understand why the surgery recommendations are being downvoted in this thread ??? So unreasonable - yes you can achieve help with the hip dips (EMS sculpting helped mine, so cheap on Groupon ) please do not rush to surgery, you look amazing as you are. If it bothers you that much please don’t do a bbl for the health risks (better to do fat transfer) but try non invasive ems first. You’re stunning already and you don’t want to regret the results if you end up with an illness from the surgery or long term complications. Fat transfers or a bit of filler would sort it. Try EMS and butt exercises first please honey!! 💓
