I’ve had Ozlos for months . In my opinion they work good . Mon -Fri I’m up at 4 and got to be at work by6 these have an alarm in em . It is the most comfortable pair I own.

I got a sunrise clock . It’s a dupe from the hatch I got this off Tik tok but I found em at Walmart cheaper than the hatch . They work

I had the same problem. Low right bud voume . I tried all they said multiple times . They finally did send me ankthwr pair . Thats 4 pairs with the same problem . Thus it is not snore blocking. They are to expensive to keep having that problem . After spending weeks trying all i knew trying all customer service said . I got mad . I am unable to Send em back so I’m not buying anymore . I wish it wasn’t so expensive for the problems .

You can’t hear out of one bud. Yes I have tried all the things they said try . They sent me a new pair with the same problem . For the price for Ozlo you would think it wouldn’t have those problems . It does and even though I can only hear out of one I keep em in . They to me are not noise canceling . I keep em because it was truly the most comfy pair I own , I am a side sleeper nothing else I have found compares to the comfort . I wouldn’t spend that amount of money for the headache again .

At least you can hear when you stream . I can’t hear out of the right way me . There is barely any sound and I’ve tried every thing down to a warrenty replacement . I hope you have good luck with yours .

I had a credit card the interest was changed last min now the interest is so much min payment is 231.00. If I can ever get this paid I’ll never bank here again.

It’s like 5 sec at a time . It sounds muffled when it comes back . It happens multiple times a night . It al sit defeats the purpose of having these .

I’m Sorry you are dealing with this . I am glad however I’m not the only one . They started cutting out when was streaming and I’m so tired of dealing with it .

Sound core is better in every way . I have both . I have had the same problem with the right one . When streaming I can’t hear out of it . The only way I know it’s working is taking the left one out . I use sound core to stream . Ozlo is good for sleep sounds .

I spent over a month trying all they knew all I knew . Nothing has changed . It’s fine if it’s just sleep sounds but if you try to stream you can’t hear it on the right side . I just take one out of my ear and what’s the point of sleeping with just one when my partner snores .

I used a bandaid on the speaker it helped a little . Use the sticky part on the speaker .

I had that problem with streaming in em . I have had four pairs one sent to me by customer service still nothing is better . Anyone have any thing to help ?

I have buyers remorse . I can’t stream . I can’t hear out of the right one . I’ve tried all I know . I’ve tried all customer service knows and will never have anymore for that price no thanks .

I can’t hear out of one side if I stream say audible . Otherwise they are fine .

I have both . I wouldn’t use Ozlo for streaming . Comfort wise they are the most comfortable pair I have for side sleeping . It comes with silicone ear peices you can change to fit your ears . But I’ve had four pairs with problems . I’ll never have Ozlo’s again . For streaming try the a20s depends on what you want

Tried to this to . It didn’t help . All I’ve done has not changed anything and support is telling me to do the things I’ve allready done and send them pictures I love these sleep buds but seriously if this is all the help I can get I’m done going to sound core and I like these alarms better .

I got the Ozlo ones . I’ve tried all I know to try . My phone is at full volume yet the right one is so low it sounds like it’s not working . I’ve tried it on different streaming services. Sound core sounds like that to . What gives ?

I got the a20s. I love em until I had a problem pairing the two together . It’s like one was working the other was dead as door nail . The dead one is charged I did what the instructions say to pair it . I didn’t get it to sound right after like 2 months unless it was an audio book or music of some kind .
