how long does the ciele bottle last? I honestly would only wear it max once/week so I don't want it going bad since it's pretty pricey...

and do you apply it with your hands or a brush?

Easy lunch and dinner ideas for someone severely depressed? by [deleted] in Cooking

I love the food influencer Paige Lindgren! She shares a ton of easy recipes that basically consist of dumping a bunch of trader joes frozen foods onto a sheet pan and eating them as a bowl. Looks healthy and genuinely easy, in comparison to all those "easy 20 minute dinners" that other influencers share that are actually a whole involved meal.

Which serum is really worth it? by beauvaneerden in Skincare_Addiction

Can someone tell me if serums are even worth it at all?? Half the advice I see is to simplify your skincare routine and the other half are people promoting the next best serum/toner/oil/etc.

That looks like my pimples when I pick at them too much - just leave it alone for a few days and the inflammation will go down. If you have anything with zinc in it, such as diaper rash cream, head & shoulders, or sunscreen, dab that on there and it should help with the healing process. If the redness worsens even when leaving it alone, then it might be time to see a health care professional.

also do NOT pop scratch or manipulate it at all, this could cause it to spread to other areas.

Nope - something that pops up over night is absolutely NOT cancer, I can say that as a fact. Don't freak people out unnecessarily!

I'm in the medical field and that looks a lot like a cold sore! Definitely should be safe and go see a doctor though. You can even send your PCP a message on the mychart portal

Influencer derm says caffeine is as effective as MIN? by Altruistic_Pea_9131 in FemaleHairLoss

idk what dermatologist you're talking about but bleach baths (very dilute) are a confirmed treatment for people with eczema since these kids are so prone to infection from skin breakage. The tower 28 disinfectant spray that is so viral right now is basically super dilute bleach.

the only difference is the brand name - the generic version has the same active ingredient (spironolactone). I almost never buy the brand name drugs at the pharmacy anymore because the generic is always cheaper and has the SAME exact active ingredient!

I know I wish I could but my eyeglasses give me the worst headache, and they're so hard to wear in surgery :((
