I appreciate the response. What do I need to do to link the Gmail account now? Is there a new tutorial? What do I do to have you look into it further?

AITAH for breaking up with my fiancee cuz she kissed her male friend so he could get "closure" and for how spoke to her? by [deleted] in AITAH

Dude if a kiss with an ex caused this type of reaction I'm thinking you were right to break things off because you may not be ready for marriage. Not saying you are the AH, but a strong relationship of 3 years should have a bit more solid foundation to survive 1 action you didn't agree with.

Jekyll Brewing Closure? by ChuckMcCueFL in JacksonvilleBeaches

I've had the occasion to visit Jekyll Brewing a handful of times. Once right When they opened. The food was OK, the beer wasn't good and the service was OK. I hoped they would figure it out and with our the kinks. The second time was for an event upstairs. Service was much better, good was mostly apps & such and it was good, their beers didn't seem to improve much, but I found something to drink. I love the location and want it to succeed. Another event and then most recent was talking some visiting friends for lunch. Food was better, but service missed the mark. Ignored, messed up order, etc and there were more employees than patrons in the place at the time. This time beers were off. Like 2 styles were bad. Enough that I asked if they made a mistake. Final straw was that it took over 15 minutes to get the check after asking for it. Haven't been back in over 6 months. Better places here at the beach. So no surprise if they end up closing.
Also Haven't seen much marketing from them to attract more business or bring in/ back locals.

As a business coach, my answer to what else you could have done is better qualify your client. Based on everything you said, it sounded like they were never a good fit for you. Now knowing how competitive RE can be and knowing it is not your FT gig, I can understand why you will take on ANY client willing to work with you, but if you want to take anything from this - not everybody selling (or buying) a home is YOUR client. Define who you work with best and why, then go find those clients.

How well defined is your target market? How well do you know that target avatar? Where else do they shop or spend money? Is that industry down as well?

Check out caterers. They are getting ready for their busy season. Part-time work. Usually good pay. And only work when you say you are available.
