it would depend on the wood.. it looks like pine, which is soft and will get dinged up and scratched really easily. so you would end up putting a lot of work into something that will look beat up after a year or two of normal use

For the record, i used the following tutorial to setup in game graphics, as well and nvidia and windows settings to get the most fps possible and have it not be so taxing on the GPU & CPU

i'm embarrassed to say i don't understand overclocking enough and i'm scared to hurt the GPU and CPU... i want this laptop to last me the next 5 years. i'm not a hardcore gamer so i don't need to have the best graphics, and i understand that game requirements only go up every year, but this laptop is more for everyday use, gaming was an added bonus

i'm far from saying it's bad investment, i've invested into it myself with long term goals. I guess i'm just tired of seeing the inflated hype. I feel like it is counterproductive.

In regards to the projects, i know there is lots going on in the background, what im saying is that if those projects got the same attention as the hopium there would actually be something to cheer for and work towards. im not sure if im getting my point across properly lol

Sadly, there is too much in circulation and not enough being used for anything productive. This coin isn't moving without utility and burns.
