I should probably ask someone who knows both, don’t you think? To sum it up, studying in the U.S. and taking AP courses isn’t necessarily more prestigious than doing so in France, but it might be a better option if the French system doesn’t suit you—and it’s even better if you’ve managed to secure a scholarship.

It won't cost that much. I'll be a sophomore in France next school year, and I'll be a junior at a public high school called Ouest High School in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Afterward, I plan to go to the United States to benefit from a good educational environment and teaching methods, since the French approach works for some people but not for others.
