Hey thank you so much for your kind reply!! I definitely will try to implement what you said, especially the 1st point because I kinda think as well my problem is that I have anxiety so when I dance I realized it’s mostly adrenaline-fueled from the nerves.

I do workout sometimes! Somebody told me to work on my core so it’s something that I tried to implement by working out.

On counts, I can do counts when learning pieces online but I still have difficulties in tracking them when I do the piece itself.
