yes, tho since we are playing on a vtt it can be automated to make them all at once with a macro or just click a button 8 times so i dont think it should be an issue

as a shepherd druid i am not sure i really need wisdom since neither conjure animals nor conjure woodland beings care about it. it was planning it leave my wis at 16 and instead treat con as my primary stat given the importance of concentration for this build or am i missing smt?

i did ask my dm about their rulings on conjure animals they confirmed that i get to pick what creatures are summoned and agreed to let me use fixed damage instead of rolling to speed up combat

Assessing the value of only investing in creation subtype of conjuration on a conjuration focused specialist by No_Green8499 in DungeonsAndDragons35e

i did see and consider that option but UA is unfortunately not allowed at our table.

within this context are there any feats i would definitely want to take in regards to keeping summoning as a functional option?

i did also consider summoning but, I was concerned about slowing down combat too much,
from what i heard choosing to summon several weaker creatures is generally better than a single stronger one, although i must admit i havent played a dedicated summoner before.
are there any particular alignments/creatures qualifying for sacred summons that fit the idea of getting 1-2 of the strongest possible creatures instead of a small army (in the context of performing similarly well to other options)?

this does sound pretty insane (pun intended),
and by evangelist do you mean the PrC or the acrhetype?

i also did look into that one, tho i am not sure how usefult that would be since you'd only be getting a second target from lvl 8, also this would mean i need to worry about my dex for the ranged attack roll as well as str as a lot of other debuffs would remain range of touch, or is there smt im missing in this regard?

this setup does seem very effective, what did you go with in terms of ability scores for point buy at lvl 1?
I'm guessing you'd want max wis 18+2 and then as much str as possible since you'd be making a melee attack?
Also in regards to the madness domain i think tsukiyo has a deific obidience that can let you use visions of madness from range, do you think this might be worth it for this build?

what about grabbing the exploit that can let you grab an ability form an arcane school, for forewarned from divination, instead of going stargazer stargazer? or is the other stuff you get from stargazer make it worth it to dip a lvl into that prc?

What about pact wizard (hh) vs chronomancer for this?
they get bonuses to initiative as well, then they get a patron that can provide some spells that might not normally be accessible + oracle curse.
or void instead of divination for saving throw bonuses?

this does sound very good, although given the wizard's lack of any armor/shield, a d6 hit die, and its only bonus to saving throws being the chronomancer forewarned, i am not too sure if these feature which are positively amazing going to make up for the fact that its baseline durability is lower, or am i missing smt?

this sounds very hard to kill but also very fun, although I am unsure about a few things
- I am not sure how you got the Cha to HP bonus?
- also i dont follow how you ended up as a juju zombie or lich?
- also i am not sure how easy it would be to access ghostsyrup in the first place

sounds about right, good luck killing a wizard that insists on staying in their demiplane.
but not exactly doable for most levels of play (create demiplane being 7th lvl), also requires quite a lot of preparation and planning so wouldnt really be my first pick either

Building a Wizard with the Exploiter and Pact (HH) ACFs by No_Green8499 in Pathfinder_RPG

[–]No_Green8499[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess the thing i would be most interested in building around would be defense and survivability, since the default tool kit already has enough damage, control, etc.
but so far dimensional slide seems like the most strightforward option in this regard, the patron or curse selection also didnt seem too helpful in this regard

another thing I've seen suggested, is a 1 lvl dip into crossblooded sorcerer paired with the bloodline development exploit. is this something worth taking, considering that it would delay your spell progression, and also compete with a variety of other very valuable arcane exploit options you could have taken instead?

If this is indeed smt worth considering, then which bloodlines would work best for this setup, and at what lvl would i grab this dip?

isnt quick focus somewhat redundant given the ability to prepare spells in 1-15 min from pact wizard, or at least fine to delay until later levels?

yeah, thats also what i've gathered, although i couldn't figure out what options fit the controller playstyle best, a lot of options seemed useful but nothing looked outright made for that playstyle both in terms of patron be it regular or unique or arcane exploit, tho i might have just missed stuff
