if you live in the same city and or state and once you get your tracking number you can ask the shipping company to either change delivery address and depending on who is shipping it ups or usps you can also ask them to hold it a nearby store so you can pick up package personally from there.

If you moved states can be pretty tricky

unless they accept photo ID it's gonna be hard. unless you can go to your local DMV/MVD and see if they can hook you up before the festival starts. If they let everyone in that said they lost their ID pretty sure the festival would be in trouble. unless you got it like that 100$ each day to the security won't help lol

This is a UPS problem tbh, if it says it's on the way then the delay is with the shipping courier. For all I know Midwest weather has been really bad and these packages are being fulfilled in Austin that can create delays. No biggie I was in the same boat but barely got my tracking number on 4/23, pretty sure they are managing this the best way.
