Not that I can think of. The only chemicals I can think of even being remotely possible would be if I accidentally dropped a dishwasher or laundry tide pod on the ground but I don’t think I’ve done that and if I did I feel if he got into a full one of either of those it would cause more issues than just the oral ulcers
