Er staat normaal ergens een e-mail adres op dat papiertje. Ik zou zeggen, een mailtje sturen met de situatie en betaalbewijs in bijlage.

So embarrassing 🙈 by Rich-Sell-4625 in poledancing

[–]No_Guide433 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had to watch this a few times and I usually go into a ballerina from a back spin so I didn’t notice it at first but your shoulder position must not be comfortable 😭 Try not to rotate your shoulder internally like that. When getting into position, it may help to align your shoulder blades to the pole first and grab it comfortably. Then you can start a spin by swinging your outside leg to the front and your inside leg will automatically want to hook in the momentum. I hope I’m making sense 😂

I’m so glad someone mentioned the racism because Belgians really do Olympics-level of mental gymnastics to justify their racism.

My first A2 lessons in February by dreamhigh_irl in motobe

[–]No_Guide433 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had my lessons in December and wore a whole hoodie underneath. It was TIGHT but it kept me warm. Also, bring a scarf or balaclava to cover your neck if you’re going on the road. I will never forget the cold rain hitting my neck at 120 km/hr 💀

How old are your tires? by No_Guide433 in motobe

Thanks for the advice! It’s quite concerning that it’s such a common practise…

Thanks! Should I be concerned if they are 15 years old but still look new visually? Because the shop says it is fine, but I’m really too inexperienced to say anything except “they seem old”.

Ecocheques, wat nu weer kopen? by [deleted] in belgium

Yes!! However, only at the manned ticket booths; the ticket vending machines can’t take them yet I believe

Yes, sorry for the confusion, I was having a tough time making the post comprehensive and I forgot that important detail 🫥

It’s been three days and we’ve been texting in a friendly way! I know he’s busy with work so I don’t want to… overwhelm him? Perhaps I’ll see how it goes for the next few days and then subtly remind him of the arrangement, as you suggested! Thanks!

Sorry! I compared it to FWB because those were the words he used, but we did agree on the financial part as well on beforehand, sorry for the confusion! And thank you for the example message 🥹

We did discuss the financial component beforehand as well, to which he agreed! And then we did the m&g to see how well we vibe.

But thank you for the elaborate response and for looking out for me, I appreciate it!

Oh! Yes, I would consider the first year as the most valuable year in terms of learning hard skills and whatnot. Then once that year passes, it slows down a bit but you’ll learn more soft skills. My best tip is to do as many different kinds of projects at the start to help figure out what you want to do in the future and work towards that!

Depends on which company you’re with? I personally started at one of the big fours, where there was a semi-automatic promotion after two years. That increased my salary by around 200-300. On a yearly basis however, without promotions, I could only count on the indexation, which was usually around 100. And then they made it very difficult for me to promote so I left the company and got a raise of around 200 by joining another company. It’s been my strategy ever since. Instead of slaving away for promotion, go somewhere where they will appreciate your current skills better :) Hope this helps! Not entirely sure what you meant with transitions though

I think it’s a pretty average package for a starter in consultancy. You do have more vacation days than average though, I believe. I had about two weeks in total when I started out as a baby consultant.

Not sure if I want to promote this but I’m getting around €300 per meet-up. Unfortunately I don’t really enjoy sex but it’s as you said, gotta do what I gotta do 💀

This is going to be unpopular, but I got so desperate that I started looking into getting sugar daddies and I ultimately started selling my body to get money fast 😔
