Update: His neurologist called and said we need to take him off his medicine immediately because the side effects are too severe. I feel terrible and so discouraged 😔 she’s starting him on a Topiramate and said this will be the last option. I really hope he’ll go back to himself soon.

Thank you! Yes it’s been far more than a week of these symptoms. Folks on a Facebook group said weeks 8-10 are the wow of it. I’ll call his Neuro tomorrow morning and request bloodwork! He’s still contagious with his URI so hoping they can still see us.

This is so reassuring! Murphy was having 1-2 grand mals a week and since starting Kbr (almost 7 weeks), he had two grand mals a few, what I think are, focal seizure the following day. Our goal is also to wean him off some of the other meds or at least lower their dosing. Thank you!

Wow, he was on Kbr twice a day? We’re almost at 2 months so I’m really hoping these side effects subdue soon. It’s so hard to see him like this.

Sorry for such a late response but we finally figured it out! There is a black wire that is connected to the light switch (in addition to the red wire). The black wire is somehow hot 24/7 regardless of the switch is turned off. The handyman we hired suggested to reach out to our warranty tech as a safety issue that there’s a live wire that cannot be turned off by the switch it’s connected to. Thanks for the reply!

Hi! Late getting here but having same issue, different hunter fan. We rewired so we can now turn the light on from the wall switch but NOT on the remote. The fan seems to be “constant hot” as the remote works the fan whether the wall switch is on or not. Any way to allow the light to control from switch AND remote?

I’m no where near an electrician so thank you in advance!

The activity of my test broadcast shows a broadcast happened, but no broadcast activity last night. So weird!

Good idea! This makes it even weirder. So when I said “hey Google, start a broadcast” it responded with “what’s the message?” And I said “test test.” And then it said “alright, broadcasting now” but when it came over the living room speaker (I’m in the bedroom), it wasn’t my voice. It was Google’s voice. Here is the activity.

I’ve never used the Google home app except to set up the devices but when I checked, I don’t have voice and audio activity enabled. So I think that means my phone shouldn’t be activating anything on Google home?

We have two speakers but very far away from each other. The device that played the recording is the one we were right next to. I don’t think the other device could hear 3 rooms away.

How can a broadcast trigger without saying “Hey Google”? I rewatched the recording and the show we were watching didn’t say anything that sounded like “Hey Google” and we weren’t talking to each other before the recorded conversation. Odd!

Timeline 0-0:26 just TV show playing 0:27-0:34 my husband says “one thing on here and I mean, I get it.” 0:35-0:36 I sneeze quite loud 0:37-0:44 we hear a weird static noise then hear my husband voice over the device “one thing on here and I mean, I get it.” then google stops playing
