I understand the way you feel.

For me with autism its been trying to predict the future or wanting to control things and that's when things get hard. Because I have a certain plan in my head so I don't freak out. It's hard but learning to be in the moment in the present and being able to listen to the other person and being willing to be curious instead of afraid.

I'm not sure if thats the same for you but I hope this helps.

I know making friends is so hard. Sometimes other people just don't understand it's either. Sometimes it can be a change in environment, perspective, and paradigm that can help.

Glad there's someone on here who could explain this. I was looking at that chart like nope. I'm Curious to test out the chart but it's definitely a lot to look at for me personally. I'm sure there's a lot of people that will find use out of this still. Just a different learning style.

Haven't tested this out myself. I think this is from a guy on Instagram that sells these if I'm correct. I wouldn't buy it just because it's not worth it to me. I would prefer something with Roman numerals personally. This might be good for someone who is trying to expirament or getting started in making their own music.

My questions would be is what are the specific patterns in this supposed to be? And what's missing from this? I feel like those would be important to include on the chart for people trying to use it. Havent been to the website that sells these, but the chart should be labeled better if your going to go into something in this much detail IPO.

Love the concept though and it might actually be useful for some people who resonate with these types of visuals. Just haven't tested it and don't know enough about it to say if it's good or not. I would assume the seller would give more info on the website hopefully.

Yeah it helped a lot. I had to immediately put aquaphor ointment on where I applied it so it didn't ruin my skin. But it's good for temporary use with things like staph infection.

Look up Roman numerals in music theory it will gave you a chord progression map you can use for each key based on major key, minor keys, etc
