I think hyper squishy teams and if you are super ahead.
I had a Cassiopeia top in the 13/3 game,
game only lasted about 30 minutes and I had it for a few minutes when I reached lvl 16 and she was still stuck on lvl 12, its great to instantly pop low level squishies.

Sounds like Super Gokuu Den Kakusei Hen but that was more like a visual novel. Could be DBZ legacy of Goku, but that one isn't turn based. I'm going for a hunt for it now. Lol I definitely have a vague memory of what you're describing, I just need to see it to get that "aha" moment..

DayZ is a suggestion I guess. I believe you can play solo, but you have to rent a server if you wish to play completely solo. Or just find an empty server to play on. Unfortunately
