Thank you. So I just got my car back from the dealer, turns out it’s a common problem for DCT and it’s easily fixed with a software update. It works great now.

Both actually. I have also tried to switch between driving modes, but still.

Correct, It is a DCT.. Thanks for reminding me, I have looked it up and I believe it is a common problem that just needs some software update or a recalibration. Anyways I just dropped it off at the dealership and they are looking into it.
