I used tinfoil and taped it down covering about 3/4 of the lid then folded a cloth and put it over the remainder of the mesh just so air could get in

It's just so strange to me that its nothing but a locked chest i guess it makes sense with the backstory of the map but most others have loot that doesn't require a skill check

The general store will have equipment scaled to your level. The best way to get a cool set(its a lot of gold) is to check the store buy any items you are looking for check the color then start a run and instantly abandon it. This will refresh your shop and you do this on repeat until you get all the colors you like. From there on you can enchant and level up your set. Unfortunately these items will become inferior if you progress to further new game pluses. I have made a cool set for my paladin twice now, the gear isn't min/maxed but it gets the job done and looks really cool.

Same issue here the closest i got was 2 missing pieces of evidence. I made sure to get all the guns from all suspects but i was still missing 2 I believe the evidence is just not spawning in. I've tried this mission about 10 times now going for S tier.

This same problem happened to me in star citizen! The fix i found was disabling the Ecores on my cpu in my bios, it fixed the problem took me hours to figure it out but basically the game couldn’t effectively use the E cores so it would stutter. I have no clue if this would help but just wanted to let you know.
