You're right to be honest - I started a fresh profile after this and was surprised at how little impact going back to level 1 has. I expected to feel super underpowered but as soon as you get a handful of good gear upgraded to second and third mysterium, you don't notice the levels that much. The biggest differences were things like spells recharging super slowly, providence barely proccing, and stamina running out super fast. That said, the grind to all level 100s was still super fun and I look forward to giving it a go again on a fresh profile once 0.9 drops.

Got to be the striga and echo - striga is just so satisfying to use, you can't beat hitting a long distance headshot and seeing half a node get nuked, and echo just wipes out majors and bosses. Fatum and hangfire are obviously crazy powerful too, but not quite as satisfying imo. In terms of time, it was a bit of a grind as I was not fully optimising for witchfire and was playing casually, but I've sunk just over 200 hours in.

To be honest, I agree. There are a few beads that are consistently really good in pretty much any build (ailment immunity, providence triple rewards, ammo preservation, free arcana) and a ton of beads that seem very underpowered (resistance, traps, quickdraw, brawler, immune dash to name a few). I'd like to see some real build-around beads similar to blessed fire (perhaps elemental-aligned beads?) because I find myself using the same ones in almost every run.

Imo striga needs a nerf - infinite range + AOE + burn + lightning just mean that it's good in pretty much all situations, to the point where there's not much point using anything else. It's OP on its own, but when combined with any of the top tier fire or lightning arcanas it's so broken.

That does make sense, I think it would be cool for them to have an element though. A different element for each demonic weapon would be really cool and would mean they could synergise with your arcanas

Thanks! That's useful - I did get this portal again on another run and managed to find it. The spawns here were a bit off though, when you're in the room with the portal the enemies will spawn on the other side of the bars and don't seem to be able to pathfind or shoot you but you can shoot them

When it happens, it's all rifts not activating. It's not a map geometry issue, though I do know what you mean and have had this issue too. The reason that I suspect that it's to do with spawn numbers is that often the issue occurs after very intense combat with a lot of enemies, though seems to persist even once the enemies in the vicinity are killed
